Danae's Villas complex is located 25km east of Heraklion International Airport, at the highest and most serene area of Koutouloufari traditional village. The complex consists of four luxury villas, identical in architectural design, but individually named and decorated after four colors most frequently observed in the Mediterranean landscape.

The four villas of the complex share the same architectural design and facilities.
The interior of the ground level consists of a sitting room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. In the exterior, there is the pool and the pool area, as well as gardens and flower-beds. An outside dining area can also be found on the ground level.
The interior of the upper level consists of a twin bedroom, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with shower cabin, which is accessible by both bedrooms. On the exterior of the upper level, there is a spacious terrace, flower-beds and a large parking area.
All three bedrooms of each villa come out to either a terrace or a balcony.
The two levels of each villa are connected with interior and exterior stairs.
Each villa is accessible by two entrances on both the ground and the upper level.
